This vehicle was towed in as the customer was noticing a few hard starts, then the vehicle lost all power completely. Upon arrival we discovered the original battery from 2016 still equipped alongside the voltage converter (auxiliary battery). We replaced both components and performed initialization and testing procedures. The vehicle was returned to the customer and is back up and running healthy.
